Genesis 12:1-4
¹Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee: ²And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: ³And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. ⁴So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken unto him; and Lot went with him: and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran.⁵And Abram took Sarai his wife, and Lot his brother’s son, and all their substance that they had gathered, and the souls that they had gotten in Haran; and they went forth to go into the land of Canaan; and into the land of Canaan they came. ⁶And Abram passed through the land unto the place of Sichem, unto the plain of Moreh. And the Canaanite was then in the land. ⁷And the LORD appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy seed will I give this land: and there builded he an altar unto the LORD, who appeared unto him.
The Lord is soo loud when He is communicating His Agenda, Even in a Man’s sleep God will communicate His Purpose. We know that once God has spoken, none can alter, the greatest thing we have in God is that He is faithful to the core , God cannot be edited by circumstances, perceptions, feelings, not even the Greatest intellect can move Him. Guess what, even all our error combined cannot shake God.
God created us perfect and He made provision for our fallibility by the blood covenant that speaks today, Jesus died and rose again, His blood atoned for us once and for all.
Even when Abram took Lot along with Him on this journey of disobedient obedience, in Verse 7 of our opening text, God appears to Abram and imparted knowledge that ‘Unto thy seed will I give this land:’
Perpetuity was established, neither Lot, Eleazar nor one in Ishmael that could naturally lay claim to inheritance were granted access because God had spoken.
Galatians 4:28-31
²⁸Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise. ²⁹But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now.³⁰Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman. ³¹So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free.
When Lot went with Abram, God went silent on Abram but Lot enjoyed the benefits of being near the covenanted Man, however away from Abram, All was lost to a point of creating a corrupted lineage/people ‘Ammonites and Moabites’
Abram and Lots servants couldn’t contain the weight of the blessing and as such, contentions led to a separation and immediately after, God speaks to Abram again. Not even Ishmael was to have a part of the inheritance as the Son of the bond woman is a mockery of the son of the free woman.
This applies to You and I, we are children of the covenant, Children born after Grace and we are called to conquer the soulish man within considering we live in two worlds. From within self is a never ending battle until You choose to establish yourself in one by Casting away the other which would inturn lead to a renewed mind. This great cleansing being a renewal of mindset is a requirement that many do not want to fully yield to, for it calls for a constant consistency in resolve until being free becomes a lifestyle.(normal)
Acts 3:25
Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed
Like Lot, will the benefits of the covenant separate You form the Covenant!
Prophetic utterance:
I am free , I am Graced, I am the seed of God, I am in covenant with God even as I am a seed of the Covenant.
I an the best of God.
My mind is renewed, I am proof of God’s triumphs, my inheritance is sure.

Genesis 15:1-6
¹After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward. ²And Abram said, Lord GOD, what wilt thou give me, seeing I go childless, and the steward of my house is this Eliezer of Damascus? ³And Abram said, Behold, to me thou hast given no seed: and, lo, one born in my house is mine heir. ⁴And, behold, the word of the LORD came unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir. ⁵And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. ⁶And he believed in the LORD; and he counted it to him for righteousness.
