Everlasting God-Everlasting Salvation
Isaiah 45:17
¹⁷But Israel shall be saved in the LORD with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.
“But Israel shall be saved with an everlasting salvation!” Something everlasting is that which endures forever, it is perpetual, without an end, for as surely as God is the beginning and the end, His work is only but eternal. He does not error neither does He fail, that which He does is surely outstandingly eternal.
John 10:27-28
²⁷My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. ²⁸And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.
When it comes to the work of salvation, it is an everlasting work and that is why Jesus Says, “No one will snatch them away from me.” He is everlasting and everything He does is lasting. Christ did not die in vain. It was a death with sustainable results, everlasting righteousness, mercy, joy, peace, name it! It is for the redeemed soul to cling on to eternally.
Ecclesiastes 3:14
¹⁴I perceived that whatever God does endures forever; nothing can be added to it, nor anything taken from it. God has done it so that people fear before him.
Whatever God does endures forever(what an assurance we have in Him) but whatever is duplicate is only a duplicate. The implication is that anything can be duplicated but it can never stand the test of the original. Whatever God does endures forever because His creations are the ultimate original and it is beyond the capability of men to duplicate or imitate and so it is written;
Ecclesiastes 7:29
²⁹Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions.
While men may try to replicate or invent, they can never achieve the perfection of God’s work or attain perfection in themselves. Even as nature fades and men wither, God’s word remains constant and those who accept it live on. His creations are eternal and unchanging, a true testament to His power and greatness.
Matthew 24:35
³⁵”Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.”
We serve an eternal God, from everlasting to everlasting. He stands, He remains, everything about Him is eternal, and in Him is life eternal. Honour and power eternally abound in His presence, possession and priesthood. Righteousness and mercy are freely accessible eternally in Him.
In a trillion times of failure, His mercy prevails, when men and courts of justice fail, still His mercy and grace are everlasting. Men console and give you false Hope but God is an everlasting beautiful consolation and unfailing hope as He says:
2 Thessalonians 2:16-17
¹⁶Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, ¹⁷Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.
Prophetic Utterance :
I am loved and filled with unfailing hope, never stumbling for I am certain and confident in His everlasting salvation for an entrance into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ unto everlasting glory, righteousness, and power.
