What is man without God?

Psalms 127:1-2
¹Unless the LORD builds the house, They labor in vain who build it; Unless the LORD guards the city, The watchman stays awake in vain. ²It is vain for you to rise up early, To sit up late, To eat the bread of sorrows; For so He gives His beloved sleep.

Have you ever tried to do something on your own and it was to no avail, until you engaged one who is higher than you are then things worked out? Many stress to strain yet it is an empty waste without God. Men search for options but the most high is the real option as nothing avails to anything without Him. The wisest man famously known for his wisdom and wealth cried out:

Ecclesiastes 1:14
¹⁴I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and indeed, all is vanity and grasping for the wind.

Genesis 21:2
²For Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.

Abraham and Sarah’s story is the highlight. Despite their long years of trying, conception never took place yet it is known that when a man knows a woman, conception takes place. It was not until God visited them that they were able to conceive. What is man without God? What can be achieved without Him?

It is through the grace of a higher power that we can achieve truly remarkable things and achieve the seemingly impossible once we put our faith in Him. Without God, we are mere mortals, bound by our limitations and unable to transcend the boundaries of our existence. Engage God and you will not be disappointed, trust him and you will not fail.

Mark 16:20
²⁰And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen.

It is written that the disciples went and preached and God worked hand in hand with them so without His hand, their ministration would be in vain. It is why Moses prays, “Don’t let us go out if your presence is not with us.”

Exodus 33:15-16
¹⁵Then Moses said to him, “If your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here. ¹⁶How will anyone know that you are pleased with me and with your people unless you go with us? What else will distinguish me and your people from all the other people on the face of the earth?”

I am not enough unless you come, for what is a man without you Lord! Like grass, He withers, without your breath He fades, without your rain or dew He seizes to be. Many seek healing, wealth, and luxury outside of Him, searching for options in every direction but ultimately ends in failure’s embrace yet God is the ultimate source, our full description and distinction. In Him, we move and Live and have our being.

So let go of the stress, the worry, the strain, and trust in Him, in His power. For only in Him, all things work out, so what is a man without You Lord? A crushed spirit, frustrated soul, vainglory, vain redemption, ideally a vain life.

Prophetic Utterance:

Through Your grace and mercy, my burdens are lifted, my worries and fears all gently shifted. For in Your hands, all things are possible. In Your being, I find myself and my life so beautiful for in You I move, live, and have my being.
Iv got the life of God in me
Halleluya.

Guiding Text:

Isaiah 40:6-7
⁷A voice says, “Call out.” Then he answered, “What shall I call out?” All flesh is grass, and all its loveliness is like the flower of the field. ⁷The grass withers, the flower fades, when the breath of the Lord blows upon it; Surely the people are grass.

Isaiah 41:10
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
