Lay your burdens and receive rest

Psalm 55:22
Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved

God is glad to carry your burdens and give you the daily strength you need. The reality is we all have things may rob of us of our peace for cares and peace. They end result in burdensome life filled illusions away from Gods purpose. (many walk with false burdens weighing them down, ‘wake up and live’ I say)
For David, his burden was the betrayal by his close friend. For another it might be something different. Whatever is weighing you down, we are called to cast it away, or give it up to God, the idea is that we would start our day with the Lord, walk in the Spirit, abiding in the Vine (John 15:1). In this way, our felt cares will dissipate. But since even Jesus experienced cares, we should not be surprised if in a fallen world where the devil prowls if the burden of cares weighs heavy,(1 Peter 5:8) but we mustn’t get caught off guard.
We must remain in God and lift our cares from off our shoulders and cast them unto the one who is infinitely able to diminish them. He shall sustain you… If you cast all your cares upon the Lord, David reveals what will happen. He will sustain you,
Jesus says it this way:
Matthew 11:28-30
²⁸Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. ²⁹Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. ³⁰For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
(Psalms 55:22b
He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.)

The righteous are those who love God, love what is right and do what is right. A key element of being righteous is casting all cares unto God. It dishonors God for us to do his job(assignments) without him. His burdens on our shoulders without Him will crush us also our burdens must be submitted to God. It is pride and self-importance that cause us to disobey this command, if we die to self we will walk in him alone, righteous and whole, and never to be shaken by anything.
(Matthew 16:24-27
²⁴But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary. ²⁵And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea. ²⁶And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. ²⁷But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.)

Isaiah 58:6
Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?

It’s not God’s will that you should be crushed down with excessive burdens; let Him free you today.

Isaiah 41:10
Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.

Through faith His strength becomes your strength, and He reaches out to keep you from falling.

Prophetic Utterance:

The Lord is my strength
I shall not be moved by circumstances
I fear not for God is with me
The Lord sustains me in all ways
I rest in the chrystalised promises of God
The Lord is my light and Salvation
