2 Timothy 1:8
Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord,nor of me his prisoner: but be thou a partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;
How beautiful, un imaginable that we carry something so great, a mighty power that many perceive not . The Greek word used here for power is Dunamis, an inherent force, a miraculous abundant power .
It is the gospel of His power: What makes the gospel powerful is that thing that breaks the say of nature, in brief it is a gospel that conquered death, the seemingly “un” beatable destroyer of life! The gospel carries the ressurection power, the power to annul death making it non effect and immortality to light.
(2 Timothy 1:10-But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:)
(Romans 1:16-17)
Once this gospel is preached, life is sustained as is life giving…This same power that raised Jesus from the dead is at work within us!
Ephesians:1:18-20
¹⁸I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people,¹⁹and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength²⁰he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms.
When Jesus was sorrounded by a crowd, a woman with an issue of blood for 12 years touched Him and instantly she was healed then after that we notice Jesus Himself say that He felt power leave Him.(Mark:5:30
At once Jesus realized that power had gone out from him. He turned around in the crowd and asked, “Who touched my clothes?”)
She believed and so she received the benefits of the power in Jesus, a faith that activated that power, the power that brings healing, salvation, preservation, and greater exploits.
Faith is the key that unlocks this power, and awareness of the same is that gateway to this power. For this Peter creates an awareness to a paralysed man by informing him that He has been made whole, commanding Him to get up as seen in Acts:9:34 . Another incident is when a man heard PAUL speaking and Paul perceived that He had Faith that made the manifestation of the gospels power available thus he was able to walk.
Acts:14:8-10
⁸And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother’s womb, who never had walked: ⁹The same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed,¹⁰Said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet. And he leaped and walked
When we have this awareness, we can experience his power which power is experienced and found in His word.
Then Peter says in
Acts 3:6
Silver and gold have I none but what I have I give unto you, in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth get up and walk ,
in other words there is nothing greater than the gospel , a Dunamis we carry.
It is the absoluteness of His power, the power to divide assunder, it is transformation, a bypass from wickedness to righteousness, death to life, darkness to light.
Jesus himself imparted the same power unto us when the disciples were commissioned to preach the gospel.
Acts:1:8
But you will receive power [dunamis] when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth
Prophetic Utterance:
Nothing can defeat or disappoint God in any of his Purposes! His gospel prevails in me , all around Me as a mighty force working towards the salvation of many. I am confident with absolute awareness in the completeness of His power, the power to reconcile, save, heal, a light beyond darkness..

And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: that your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
