Hebrews 3:12-15
¹²Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.¹³But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.¹⁴For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end; ¹⁵While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.
When our salvation walk is only but a trend, we are robbing ourselves of a very precious thing turning Gods grace into nothing while we observe lying vanities.
The first phase of being a skilled swindler of the gospel is to be EVIL, this being a degeneration from virtue (a sick heart), men started to believe a lie even when they have moral contensions within self.
Many Christians Cover sins espcially those that be overly zealous about Gods grace while in the process defend ‘their own righteousness’.
Romans 3:10-12
¹⁰As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: ¹¹There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. ¹²They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
Many degenerate further into UNBELIEF being faithlessness (disbelief) in that they are observers and followers of trends, these are cool Christians that usually follow cult heroes being found in want of faith as they follow their leaders voice more than Gods voice in the leader. These Love quick fixes.
Unbelief different from disbelief is unfaithfulness manifesting as/in disobedience.
John 1:10
He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
Falling away is to depart from the truth, these will create their own belief system and can easily be identified and they observe a religious system rather the truth of the word, a great merchandising of the gospel is existend.
2 Timothy 4:3-4
³For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; ⁴And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
HARDENED hearts are many times born by very wise intelligence people but are immovable. Their hearts are calloused and cannot be taught anew; these, the scriptures say, leave them alone.
1 Corinthians 14:37-38
³⁷If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.³⁸But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant.
This kind will only learn through pain but not others experiences, do not labour much with this kind…When beaten they will possibly wake up.
Let them be, lost in their wise foolishness, they will eventually be whipped into line if they do not further degenerate to a reprobate and eventually apostate state.
