NOT FORGOTTEN

Genesis 2:20
And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.

If you have ever wondered whether God sees, hears, I would boldly say He does. Consider Hagar, cast into the wilderness with her child alone yet not abandoned for God heard and saw the baby’s cry and provided. God opened her eyes and she saw a well of water.
At times we are held up by the feeling of abandonment that we fail to see, could be the well was right there but she couldn’t see!! Have you ever looked for keys you kept in your pockets?
Sometimes, we simply need to slow down, back track, behold and see what was in our path, ahead of us or right before us! By this we will understand our that our unfailing God is there

Genesis 21:19
“And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water; and she went, and filled the bottle with water, and gave the lad drink.”

Though we may tarry therein, He sure has a way of getting us past those troubles / worries. God did create every creature with its kind but delayed to give Adam His very own kind.
Why would God create others in twos and then overlook His own masterpiece? God had not forgotten, nor was he blind to the need of Adam, it is written that God said: It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him (Genesis 2:18).
It was purposeful, Adam didn’t need a partner to pair with but rather one with whom he could relate with, so God intricately designed and intimately created a masterpiece.
This also can be looked at as Mans old and new nature, Adam was put to sleep (dead nature), that the new nature may be established that would carry the seed of God giving legal access to this world.

Isaiah 49:14-15
¹⁴ “But Zion said, The Lord hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me.¹⁵Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.”

In times of affliction, we may feel like God has forgotten us, that He’s unaware of our struggles. Yet, He’s a God who sees all, watches over His people, and remains faithful to His word. Paul affirms of God’s unwavering truthfulness (Titus 1:2), and Isaiah declares that God’s word never returns void (Isaiah 55:11). The Lord says, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you’ (Hebrews 13:5), reassuring us of His constant presence and care.

Jesus for a moment uttered: My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? ( Mathew 27:46). Feeling forsaken is just an appearance, not a reality. Our father has assured us of His unfailing, unwavering love, a commitment to stay and keep us at heart regardless of what. A Father does not abandon His own; rather, He enters into our darkest moments and allows the experience of forsakenness to fulfill a greater purpose; redemption through suffering and resurrection, soon you come out alive and new.

Psalms 18:11
He made darkness his secret place;
his pavilion round about him
were dark waters and thick clouds of the skies.

In God, darkness and light are the same things, trust God in darkness and in light.
