His Name: A touch of power and Authority [Continued]

Philippians 2:9-10
Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth.

A name that possesses the power to redeem, save, restore, deliver, and conquer—a name of victory. God accomplishes all that He is in the name Immanuel, God tabernacled in us—a name that embodies Yahweh dwelling within humanity, rather than guiding by a pillar of cloud and fire as in times past. God fully reveals His essence, righteousness, and holiness solely through one name: Jesus.

Angel Gabriel instructed Mary to name the child Jesus, a name that encapsulates the Hebrew Yeshua, meaning “Yahweh saves.” It is no surprise that the legion of demons pleaded with Jesus, recognizing Him as the Son of the Most High God, entreating Him not to torment them by Him simply being present.

Luke 8:28
“When he saw Jesus, he cried out, and fell down before him, and with a loud voice said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God most high? I beseech thee, torment me not.”

Jesus in many ways through healing , deliverance , manifested God’s name as he testified of Himself:

John 17:6
“I have manifested Your name to the men whom You have given Me out of the world. They were Yours, You gave them to Me, and they have kept Your word.

As He is, so are we ( 1 John 4:17); if Christ dwells within you, of His fullness have we received. You embody the divine nature of God once you engage in an intimate walk with Him. It is no longer a matter of “who are you?” but rather that your name is recognized within the realm of the spiritual.

Your very own name is made a spiritual code that is recognized in the spiritual ” it signifies the manifestation of Christ. No wonder the demons questioned the sons od Sceva: ” Jesus we know, Paul we know, but who are you?”

Acts 19:13-17
¹³Then some of the itinerant Jewish exorcists took it upon themselves to call the name of the Lord Jesus over those who had evil spirits, saying, “We exorcise you by the Jesus whom Paul preaches.” ¹⁴Also there were seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, who did so. ¹⁵And the evil spirit answered and said, “Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?” ¹⁶Then the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, overpowered them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded ¹⁷This became known both to all Jews and Greeks dwelling in Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Jesus was magnified.

Jesus was known for His profound relationship with the Father; every word He spoke was in alignment with what He heard from the Father, and every deed He performed was a reflection of what He witnessed the Father doing ( John14:11-13). It was a journey of obedience and understanding. Paul was recognized because he walked closely with Jesus and followed Him. Once we cultivate a relationship with Jesus, we begin to embody Him, and His name resides within us to save, deliver, and impart righteousness. “Abide in me, and I in you”—it is this sacred relationship that preserves His name within us. As His name resides in Christ, so too does His name dwell within us.

Prophetic Utterance:

I am functional as I am part of the body of Christ, I am warrior in Gods Kingdom.
I am blessed to be a blessing, fortified with power in Christ Jesus,
I am living the life of God,
In a triumphant Procession, I manifest Jesus
Hallelujah

2 Timothy 1:8-9
⁸Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God; ⁹Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
