2 Corinthians 12:2
I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven.
Paul was a Man of revelation to a point that He didn’t separate the natural and the supernatural, Supernatural was His normal, manifesting its aura in the natural.
Paul was however tamed in the flesh, given something to remind him of his Humanity, otherwise being a man of power he perhaps would struggle to co exist with men.
One foolish thing about Humanity, they easily get attached to what is common especially pain, to see a great man like Paul in distress probably made men accept that they too were probably usable by God.
2 Corinthians 12:7-10
⁷And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. ⁸For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. ⁹And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. ¹⁰Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.
Child of God; deliberately decide to be a ‘Man apart’ consecrated for use, for the use of God in every atmosphere of your existence (dwelling).
Paul in total yieldedness to God subjected himself to even death for the sake of the Gospel. We see him glory in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, but he remained steadfast. The trying of your faith is beneficial to You.
Romans 8:35-39
³⁵Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? ³⁶As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
³⁷Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. ³⁸For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, ³⁹Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
In all things good and bad, Paul asserts that he is not ashamed of the gospel considering it is the power of God to save (Romans 1:16). Even if it seemed foolish altogether to subject self to evil and unreasonable Men, Paul did present Gods unwavering truths no matter the cost even against his own livelihood and life.
1 Corinthians 1:18
For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
God has not abandoned man but has given man a fighting chance by guaranteeing His ever available power unto us, only You stay in a place of faith, deliberately walking in a triumphant procession.
2 Corinthians 2:14-15
¹⁴Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour[fragrance] of his knowledge by us in every place. ¹⁵For we are unto God a sweet savour[fragrance]of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:

2 Corinthians 11:22-30
²²Are they Hebrews? so am I. Are they Israelites? so am I. Are they the seed of Abraham? so am I. ²³Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more; in labours more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft. ²⁴Of the Jews five times received I forty stripes save one. ²⁵Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep; ²⁶In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren; ²⁷In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness. ²⁸Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches. ²⁹Who is weak, and I am not weak? who is offended, and I burn not?
³⁰If I must needs glory, I will glory of the things which concern mine infirmities.
